Hale Kai, is a Spacious and affordable two bedroom, two bath duplex located just 200′ from Kailua beach on a private road on the Windward side of Oahu. Equipped with a kitchen, lush tropical lanai, its beautiful, residential, and undiscovered by the average tourist. No crowds, very tranquil, and yet, you are only 20 min. from the airport via the H-3 Freeway. Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, and the North Shore all are a convenient scenic drive.
Location: Rental property is on a private lane just off of North Kalaheo Ave. on the Windward side of Oahu. It’s beautiful, residential, and undiscovered by the average tourist. No crowds, very tranquil, and yet, you are only 20 min. from the airport via the H-3 Freeway. Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, and the North Shore all are convenient scenic drives.
Amenities: Private entrance, lush tropical lanai, charcoal grill and outdoor patio set. A living room with fold-out couch/futon, dining room, the second bedroom w/queen bed, bath, and full kitchen, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, VCR, DVD/ CD player, Stereo, Both wired & WI FI Internet access, some videos, books and games. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed and full bath, and also has a TV and VCR.
Cost: We rent to one party in any 30 Day period, the rate for 30 Days is $4,950 plus taxes and cleaning
Cleaning fee: $150 (maximum 5 guests)
Check in: Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.

Booking: We accept direct bookings that will save you the VRBO or Airbnb fees. We require 50% payment via Venmo @charles-Cotton-4 to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival with a firm NO cancellation policy 60 days prior to arrival.
